PGMinder™ Results and Activity Tracking Tool
We are very pleased to announce a new FREE service designed exclusively for our clients to help you track your planned giving program results. It’s called PGMinder™. Presented in a convenient, user-friendly format, PGMinder™ helps you:
- Track new PG commitments each month, providing an up-to-date snapshot of your PG pipeline at all times.
- Track marketing activity and results, including web hits, phone inquiries, and reply device returns.
- Evaluate your PG program’s performance on a continuing basis
- Make strategic decisions about where to put your energy and time to maximize your success.
All you do is fill in the data fields each month (we’ll remind you), and PGMinder™ automatically tracks your results and calculates a Weighted Score based on best practices and experience in the field. Use your Weighted Score and results data to track how you are doing. PGMinder™ allows you to print out a variety of reports. Just select the report type and press “print”. PGMinder™ also provides important data to us so that we can evaluate the effectiveness of our marketing efforts on your behalf.
